Dirk Sliwka is a Professor of Personnel Economics and Human Resource Management at the University of Cologne's Faculty of Management, Economics and Social Sciences. He is also affiliated with the Excellence Cluster Econtribute, the Max Planck Institute for Research on Collective Goods, IZA, CESifo, and the C-SEB research center.
