Dimitrios Gounopoulos is a Professor of Accounting and Finance at the University of Bath, previously serving as Head of Department (Research). He holds visiting roles at Newcastle University and the University of Sussex, and has held professorial positions at Newcastle University Business School and the University of Sussex.
