Dimitri Houtcieff is a Professor of Law at Université Paris-Saclay, where he serves as Deputy Director of Education at the Law Graduate School. He is also a lecturer at the Léon Duguit Research Centre (CRLD) and has held various leadership positions at Université d'Évry, which is now an associate institution of Université Paris-Saclay. Since 2016, he has been Vice-Dean at the Faculty of Law at Université d'Évry, and since 2021, he has acted as Vice President of the Governing Board with responsibility for human resources.
