Associate Professor Dimitra Iordanoglou holds dual Ph.D.s from the University of Manchester and the Athens University of Economics and Business. She serves as an Associate Professor of Organization and Human Resource Management at Panteion University's Department of Communication, Media and Culture. Additionally, she teaches in postgraduate programs such as New Media and Journalism, Cultural Management (Panteion University), and Human Resources Management at the Athens University of Economics and Business.
Her professional roles include a Fulbright Visiting Scholar at Stevens Institute of Technology, USA, and currently serves as a Fulbright Greece Outreach Ambassador. She has authored books including Human Resource Management in Modern Organizations (2008) and Leaders of the Future (2016, co-authored). As a consultant, she led the EU-funded 'Young Business Leaders' project and mentored at Athens Startup Weekend events.
Her research focuses on leadership development, digitalization in HRM, emotional intelligence, and entrepreneurial skills. Key themes include bridging university-industry gaps in digital skills, neuropsychological aspects of leadership, and crisis management in leadership education. She is a certified Emotional Intelligence Coach and member of the NeuroLeadership Institute.
