Dimiter Toshkov is an Associate Professor at the Institute of Public Administration, Faculty of Governance and Global Affairs, Leiden University. His research focuses on European Union politics, comparative public policy, and research methodology, with a particular emphasis on EU law enforcement in Central and Eastern Europe. He is affiliated with the Centre for Central and Eastern European Studies (CEES) and the Leiden-Delft-Erasmus Centre for Governance of Migration and Diversity.
