Diane Webber

Diane Webber is a Lecturer at the College of Engineering, Physics, and Computing at The Catholic University of America and concurrently serves at the National Defense University. A retired U.S. Navy Rear Admiral, she brings extensive operational expertise in cyber security, network infrastructure, and military leadership from roles including Commander of Navy Cyber Forces and Director of Cyber Operations at NORAD/U.S. Northern Command.
