Diana Omigie is a Lecturer in Psychology at Goldsmiths, University of London and co-director of the MSc in Music, Mind and Brain. Her cognitive neuroscience research examines music-induced emotions and aesthetic experiences.
Using EEG and behavioral methods, she investigates how music evokes visual imagery and emotional responses. Current projects explore curiosity during music listening, neural tracking of musical features, and cross-modal perception.
Omigie supervises student projects on music psychology and has contributed to studies on music memory and congenital amusia. She co-organizes the Music, Mind and Brain graduate program.
