Diana Meemken serves as a full Professor and Deputy Managing Director at the Institute for Food Safety and Hygiene within the Department of Veterinary Medicine at Freie Universität Berlin. She heads the Meat Hygiene Group and holds specialized credentials as a Dipl. ECPHM (European College of Porcine Health Management) specialist veterinarian for pigs.
Her research focuses on critical areas of food safety and hygiene, with particular expertise in meat hygiene protocols and veterinary public health.
