Devinder Kaur

Dr. Devinder Kaur is a Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Toledo's College of Engineering. She holds a PhD in Computer Engineering from Wayne State University (1989), alongside degrees from the University of Aberdeen and Panjab University. Her research focuses on bio-inspired computational algorithms for engineering applications, including fuzzy logic, neural networks, and swarm intelligence. She has published over 100 articles and secured grants from NSF, Daimler Chrysler, and others.
