Desmond Hogan

Desmond P. Hogan is Professor of Philosophy and Director of Undergraduate Studies at Princeton University. He received his Ph.D. from Yale University in 2005 and specializes in early modern philosophy with a focus on Kant, Leibniz, German rationalism, and related areas including epistemology, ethics, metaphysics, philosophy of mathematics, and philosophy of religion. His notable publications include works on Kant's idealism, Schopenhauer's transcendental aesthetic, and Kant's theory of causation.
