Derrick J. Sorweide is the Assistant Dean of Clinical Education and Assistant Professor of Family Medicine at the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific - Northwest (COMP-NW), Western University of Health Sciences. He joined the institution full-time in 2012 after a career in private practice and military service. His roles include directing clinical education programs and leading cardiovascular medicine disciplines.
