Der-Chin Horng

Dr. Der-Chin Horng is a Research Fellow (Professor) at the Institute of European and American Studies, Academia Sinica, with part-time appointments at National Taiwan University (2022–) and National Chengchi University (2007–). His expertise spans European Union Law, WTO Law, and Biotechnology Regulation, focusing on intersections with Climate Change, Energy Security, and Digital Policy.
