Dr. Dennis Sherrod is a Professor and inaugural Forsyth Medical Center Endowed Chair of Recruitment & Retention in the Department of Nursing at Winston-Salem State University (WSSU). He joined WSSU in 2001, serving as Director of Graduate Programs and Advanced Nurse Educator coordinator. His research focuses on nursing workforce development, recruitment/retention strategies, interdisciplinary education, and healthcare policy.
