Dennis Monroe

Dennis Monroe is a Senior Distinguished Fellow and Full-Time Faculty member at the University of St. Thomas School of Law. He co-founded Monroe Moxness Berg PA and has extensive experience in corporate financing, representing lenders, investors, and developers in over $5 billion in commercial transactions. He previously served as CEO of Parasole Restaurant Holdings and currently writes for Restaurant Finance Monitor, Foodservice News, and Nation's Restaurant News.
