Denitza Toptchiyska

Denitza Toptchiyska is an Associate Professor of Law at the New Bulgarian University since 2016, specializing in General Theory of Law and Information Society Law. She holds a Doctoral degree from Sofia University, where her dissertation focused on the EU Data Protection Policy. Her research interests include legal theory, data protection, freedom of information, and comparative regulatory approaches in law and technology governance.
