Delia Popescu

Delia Popescu is a Professor in the Department of Political Science at Le Moyne College, where she also serves as Director of both the Legal Studies and Global Affairs programs. Her research focuses on political philosophy, comparative political theory (particularly Eastern European traditions), and critical analysis of totalitarianism, dissidence, and minority politics in the EU.
