Delia Crowe is a Principal Teaching Fellow at the Winchester School of Art, University of Southampton. She serves as Director of Internationalisation, leading the WSA International Plan focused on education, diversity, and global recruitment. She founded the WSA Sustainability Forum (2016) to align sustainability with research, education, and student experience. Her expertise spans fashion, sustainability pedagogy, and curriculum innovation, with a focus on equality and inclusivity. Post-pandemic, she pioneered blended teaching and assessment methods.
She holds roles as External Examiner for Kingston University (MA Fashion) and University of Huddersfield (BA Fashion Design), and advises the Institut Francais de la Mode, Paris. Her industry background and international experience in Asia and Europe inform her advocacy for culturally responsive education. She chairs committees including WSA Operational Board and Recruitment, Outreach, and Admissions Committee.
Research interests include material culture, fashion consumption, and sustainability in pre- and post-pandemic contexts. Her work emphasizes interdisciplinary approaches to teaching and international collaboration.
