Deepak Louis

Deepak Louis is an Associate Professor in the Department of Pediatrics and Child Health at the Max Rady College of Medicine, University of Manitoba. He specializes in neonatology and holds research affiliations as a Clinical Investigator at the Children's Hospital Research Institute of Manitoba (CHRIM) and an Adjunct Scientist at the Manitoba Centre for Health Policy (MCHP). His work focuses on long-term outcomes of preterm neonates, including cardiovascular health, mental health, education, quality of life, and parental experiences, utilizing database and survey methodologies.

Dr. Louis currently does not accept graduate students but collaborates with multidisciplinary teams at CHRIM and MCHP to advance pediatric health outcomes research. His affiliations emphasize translational research bridging clinical practice and population health policy.
