Debra Stokes

Dr Debra Stokes is a Lecturer at the Faculty of Science and Engineering, Southern Cross University, specializing in coastal environmental science with a focus on mangroves, sea turtles, and drone technology. Her work bridges geomorphology, ecological monitoring, and human-environment interactions.

Her research integrates field studies and remote sensing to analyze mangrove dynamics, coastal sedimentation, and marine turtle conservation.
