Debra Minsky-Kelly

Debra Minsky-Kelly is the Director of Field Education and Clinical Assistant Professor of Social Work at Carthage College. She holds a Master of Social Work from Loyola University Chicago (1995) and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (1990). With over 20 years of clinical experience, her work spans child welfare, homeless healthcare, and hospital mental health settings.
