Debra Ferreday is a Senior Lecturer in Media, Gender, and Cultural Studies at Lancaster University, specializing in the negotiation of embodied subjectivity through media participation and consumption. Her research emphasizes intersections of gender, race, sexuality, class, dis/ability, and power.
