Deborah Thurlow is an Associate Professor in the Music Department at Washington Adventist University (WAU), specializing in vocal performance instruction and performance workshop leadership.

Her concert appearances span prestigious venues like Strathmore Mansion and Folger Theatre, with solo performances in major classical works by Bach, Handel, Mozart, and Haydn.
Dr. Thurlow serves as Vice President of The Musical Source and co-soloist for Sixth Church, Christ Scientist, DC. She currently holds the Treasurer position for the MD/DC chapter of the National Association of Teachers of Singing.
