Deborah Rainey is a Senior Lecturer (Education) at the School of Nursing and Midwifery, Queen's University Belfast. She holds a Doctorate in Education (EdD) from QUB and has extensive experience in clinical nursing, healthcare management, and nursing education. Her research focuses on blended learning methodologies, clinical skill acquisition, and innovative educational technologies.
