Deborah Good

Deborah Good is a Clinical Professor at the Katz Graduate School of Business, University of Pittsburgh. She serves as the Associate Dean of Undergraduate Programs, leading initiatives in curriculum innovation and program development. Good teaches courses spanning Human Resource Management, Business Ethics, Sports Management, and Organizational Behavior, while also contributing to the Doctor of Clinical Science in Occupational Therapy program.

Her research focuses on microaggressions in academic and business environments and experiential learning outcomes. Recent publications highlight advancements in experiential education, business ethics, and sustainability challenges in business practices. Good actively mentors students through roles as faculty advisor for the Human Resource Club, Women in Business (WIB), and the Pitt WISE (Women in Sports and Events) chapter.
