Deborah Bailey-Rodriguez

Deborah Bailey-Rodriguez is a Senior Lecturer in Psychology and Programme Leader of the MSc in Psychological Therapies and Interventions at Middlesex University. Her research examines attachment dynamics in couple relationships, family transitions, and mental wellbeing, employing qualitatively driven mixed methods and visual techniques. She teaches developmental psychology, research methods, and therapeutic interventions.

She received the Outstanding Feedback Award (2018) and has been shortlisted for multiple teaching honors. Her publications advance pluralistic qualitative methodologies in psychology and therapy research.
