Dawn Lawrence is a Senior Lecturer at Staffordshire University with extensive experience in youth development, family support, and community work. She holds an MA in Youth and Community Development from University College Birmingham, a PGCE in Teacher Training (Post 16 – Lifelong Learning) from Huddersfield University, and a BA(Hons) in Youth and Community Work from Leeds Metropolitan University.
Her research focuses on BAME issues, children, young people and families, and equality, diversity and inclusion. She has designed innovative courses including the BA(Hons) Working with Children Young People and Families and Level 5 Diploma Leadership and Management programmes.
With over 25 years of sector experience, she specializes in youth development work, family conflict resolution, and delivering bespoke training programmes in educational and community settings.
