She specializes in therapist mentorship, organizational intake processes, and integrating faith-based principles with clinical practice.
Her industry contributions include co-founding Houk Behavioral Health, LLC with her husband, Dr. Ray Houk (Adjunct Professor at LPU), to provide professional development and mentorship. The couple, who have two young adult children, will relocate from the East Coast to California to further invest in Life Pacific University’s mission, having previously served in the United States Navy and Foursquare Church networks, including Foursquare Missions International and Foursquare Chaplains International (FCI).
