Dawn Bailey

Dawn Bailey is an Associate Professor at Oregon Tech's School of Humanities and Social Sciences, where she directs the BIG ABA clinic providing behavioral services to families in southern Oregon. With over 25 years of experience, she specializes in applied behavior analysis for individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, and emotional/behavioral disorders.

• Former member of Georgia's Behavior Analysis Peer Review Committee

Her research focuses on improving dental care access for autistic children and optimizing staff training methodologies. Dr. Bailey has presented extensively at behavior analysis conferences and conducted workshops for educators, parents, and professionals.

She previously served as a consultant in Florida (1998-2015), working with school districts, private families, and state agencies to develop behavioral programs. Her work emphasizes practical applications of behavior analysis in educational and clinical settings.
