Davide Menozzi is an Associate Professor at the Department of Food and Drug of the University of Parma, specializing in Agri-food Economics. He teaches courses such as Agri-Food Economics and Consumer Behavior across undergraduate and graduate programs in Food Science, Gastronomic Science, and Quality Procurement. His research focuses on sustainability of agri-food systems, consumer behavior regarding novel foods (e.g., edible insects, GMOs), and Mediterranean diet adherence.
