David Wolitz is a Professor of Law at the University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law. He teaches Constitutional Law I & II, Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, Advanced Criminal Procedure, and Mass Communications Law. Prior to joining UDC in 2020, he was an Associate Professor at the University of Tennessee College of Law and taught at Georgetown University Law Center. His scholarship focuses on criminal justice and legal theory, with expertise in post-conviction review and the Model Penal Code.
