David Washburn is a Clinical Associate Professor and Director of the Master of Health Administration (MHA) Program at Tulane University’s School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. His academic journey includes a Sc.D. and S.M. from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and a B.A. in International Relations from Brown University. Prior to academia, he served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Honduras and held strategic healthcare planning roles at the San Francisco VA Medical Center and Stanford Health Care.
