David Turner

David Turner serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the School of Law. He is a practicing attorney and educator, currently acting as legal counsel at System One, a Pittsburgh-based company providing integrated workforce solutions. Previously, he worked as a litigation associate at regional law firms and maintained a solo practice. His professional contributions extend to volunteer legal representation for abuse victims through Neighborhood Legal Services and counseling attorneys facing mental health and substance abuse challenges via Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers.

David holds a master's degree in education and has taught in Allegheny County middle and high schools. He actively contributes to education through his role on the Board of Trustees of the Environmental Charter School and by teaching continuing education courses to attorneys and real estate professionals. His work bridges legal practice, education, and community service.
