David Still

David Still is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Music Production at Lebanon Valley College. He holds a B.S. from The Pennsylvania State University and has authored publications in fields spanning Architectural Acoustics, Theatre Design, and Digital Audio Networks.

His research focuses on Acoustic Design for performance spaces, 3D Auralization, and HVAC Sound Control, with applications in both music production and transportation noise analysis. Articles highlight his work on psychoacoustics, frequency spectrum shifts, and 3D visualization techniques for acoustical optimization.

Current courses taught include PHY 205: Physics of Sound and IXD 153: Electronics for Designers. He previously served as Sr. Recording Engineer and Operations Manager at Schoolhouse Recording Studio (Westport, Connecticut, 1976-1984), contributing to Grammy Award-winning projects like Muddy Waters' Hard Again.

His expertise extends to stage rigging, theatrical lighting systems, and IMAG/Broadcast Video, reflecting interdisciplinary work in live performance technology.
