David Starobinski is a Professor at Boston University's Electrical and Computer Engineering department with joint appointments in Systems Engineering and Computer Science. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology (1999), and has held visiting positions at UC Berkeley (1999-2000), EPFL (2007-2008), and the U.S. DoT Volpe Center (2014-2019).
