David Shipworth

David Shipworth is Professor of Energy and the Built Environment at University College London (UCL), affiliated with both the UCL Energy Institute and the Bartlett School Env, Energy & Resources. He chairs the International Energy Agency’s User-Centred Energy Systems (Users TCP) programme and represents the UK government in this role.
