David Shepherd

David Shepherd serves as Senior Lecturer in the Department of Religions and Theology within Trinity College Dublin's Faculty of Arts and Humanities. He currently directs the Trinity Centre for Biblical Studies while on sabbatical following his recent term conclusion.

His primary research spans Hebrew Bible studies with specialization in Deuteronomistic History, Ezra-Nehemiah, and Aramaic interpretive traditions of the Second Temple Period.
