Dr. David Schulz is a Professor and Director of the Division of Biological Sciences at the University of Missouri-Columbia. He also serves as Director of the Interdisciplinary Neuroscience Program and leads the Schulz Lab. He earned his PhD in 2001 from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
- Research Focus: Neural network plasticity following injury and disease, emphasizing spinal cord injury impacts on locomotion and autonomic functions.
- Techniques: Molecular expression profiling, electrophysiology, and computer modeling in mouse and crustacean models.
