About
David Roulois is a researcher at the University of Rennes 1, France, specializing in immunology and epigenetics. His career has focused on the intersection of these fields, particularly in cancer contexts such as malignant pleural mesothelioma and follicular lymphoma (FL). He completed his PhD at Marc Gregoire CRCNA (Nantes) under Dr. Jean-François Fonteneau, followed by a postdoctoral fellowship at the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre in Toronto with Daniel De Carvalho. His work explores epigenetic modulation of immune responses and tumor biology.
Key research areas include:
- CD8+ T cell responses in cancer.
- DNA demethylating agents and viral mimicry in tumor cells.
- Epigenetic mechanisms in lymphoid stromal differentiation.
He joined Professor Karin Tarte's team in 2016 to develop studies on epigenetic deregulation in FL. Contact: david.roulois@univ-rennes1.fr.
