David Rosenberg

David Rosenberg is an Associate Professor in the Law Department at Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College (CUNY). His academic expertise spans Corporate Governance, Ethics, and Law, with a focus on Fiduciary Duties, Limited Partnerships, and Venture Capital.
