David Ritchie

David Ritchie is a Professor of Experimental Physics at the University of Cambridge (2002-present) and holds a Chair in Semiconductor Science and Technology at Swansea University (2018-present). He leads the Semiconductor Physics Group at the Cavendish Laboratory, Cambridge (2007-present), overseeing 5 faculty members, 10 postdoctorals, and ~20 PhD students.
