David Riggs, PhD, serves as Professor and Chair of the Department of Medical and Clinical Psychology (MPS) at the F. Edward Hérbert School of Medicine, Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS) in Bethesda, Maryland. Concurrently, he is the Executive Director of the Center for Deployment Psychology (CDP), leading initiatives to train behavioral health professionals in providing care for military service members and their families through specialized seminars and workshops.
