David Rey is a Professor of Trombone at the Royal Conservatoire of Brussels since 2018, previously teaching at Haute école de musique de Lausanne (HEM) during 2012/13. An internationally acclaimed orchestral musician, he served as solo trombonist of the Brussels Philharmonic (2008-2023) and performed under legendary conductors including Levine, Rostropovich, and Gergiev.
