David R. Agrawal is a Professor of Economics and Professor of Law (by courtesy) at the University of California, Irvine. He is also a Fellow at the CESifo Network and a Campbell Fellow at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University. His research focuses on theoretical and empirical models of tax competition, fiscal federalism, and taxation’s impact on labor and firm mobility. Agrawal has held previous positions at the University of Kentucky and the University of Georgia. He currently serves as Editor-in-Chief of International Tax and Public Finance and holds editorial roles across multiple prominent journals.
