David Planchard

Professor David Planchard is a thoracic oncologist and head of the Thoracic Group at Gustave Roussy, coordinating care for patients with lung cancer, pleural mesothelioma, and thymic tumors. He also chairs the International Centre for Thoracic Cancers (CICT), a consortium involving Gustave Roussy, Marie-Lannelongue Hospital, and Paris Saint-Joseph Hospital. His expertise includes biomarkers, targeted therapies, and immunotherapy in thoracic cancers. He has led over 100 clinical trials and published ~130 articles in top journals.
