David P. Weber

David P. Weber is an Associate Professor at the University of Oregon School of Law, specializing in Sports Law with a focus on Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) and international athlete legal issues. He joined the faculty in 2025 after 17 years at Creighton University, where he founded the Sports Law Concentration. He serves as Secretary for the AALS Sports Law Section.
