David Novillo-Ortiz

Dr. David Novillo-Ortiz is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Biomedical Informatics at the University of Utah, and a Senior Officer at the World Health Organization (WHO). He holds honorary roles as an Honorary Senior Research Fellow at University College London (UCL). Fluent in English and Spanish, he specializes in health informatics, digital data governance, and infodemiology.
