David Nash

Professor David Nash is a faculty member at Cardiff Business School, specializing in Employment Relations. His research focuses on employment regulation, workplace conflict resolution, and the impact of corporate governance on employment relationships with a strong emphasis on UK and international projects.

His work has been supported by institutions such as the Living Wage Foundation, Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service (Acas), and the Labour Relations Agency. In 2019, he served as a visiting fellow at the Industrial and Labor Relations School at Cornell University. Key publications appear in journals like the British Journal of Industrial Relations, Industrial and Labor Relations Review, and Employee Relations.
