David Mitchell

David Mitchell holds a PhD in Land Administration and is affiliated with RMIT University. He serves as co-chair of the Global Land Tool Network Research and Training Cluster alongside Prof Siraj Sait. His academic work focuses on cadastral surveying, land development, and the creation of land administration tools to enhance tenure security, improve land access, and support pro-poor land development. Additionally, he investigates the interplay between land tenure, climate change, natural disasters, and displacement.
