David Mark Taylor

David Mark Taylor is Professor and Head of Geography at the National University of Singapore, specializing in human dimensions of environmental change. His research focuses on tropical ecosystem responses to climate change, pollution mitigation, and transboundary environmental governance in Southeast Asia.

Research interests include:

• Environmental pollution as a global challenge
• Climate change adaptation in tropical regions
• Carbon governance of nature-based solutions
• Peatland restoration ecology
