Dr. David Logan is an Assistant Professor of Security Studies at The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University. His research focuses on nuclear weapons policy, arms control, and U.S.-China security dynamics. Previously, he taught at the Naval War College and held fellowships at MIT's Security Studies Program and Princeton's Center for International Security Studies.
